What to Expect

Our hope for you when you visit Bethlehem Church, is that you will find a loving and safe environment that allows you to experience God’s love and hear His call for your life. We strive to make Bethlehem a welcoming place, so you don’t need to worry about what to wear or what you need to do. We invite you to come and allow us to help you in your journey to know God.

As soon as you walk in the doors at Bethlehem you will be greeted by someone who will help you find what you are looking for. If you come at 9:15am you can get a coffee, or other hot beverage, at Higher Grounds before heading to one of the Sunday School Classes. If you arrive at 10:30am you can walk right into the Sanctuary to find a seat. We do have a staffed nursery for children up to 3-years-old and there is a Cry and Comfort Room in the back of the Sanctuary.

During the summer we do not offer Sunday School or Higher Grounds.

Four Thing You Should Know Before Visiting Our Worship Service.

  1. Feel free to worship God in a way that is comfortable to you. Wether you want to sit down and think about what is being sung or if you want to stand with your hands stretched to the sky, at Bethlehem we are open to the many different expressions of worship.
  2. You will hear a sermon that is grounded in the Bible. We believe that the Bible is God’s Word to us, and we want to base our lives on its teachings.
  3. We will take up an offering by passing offering plates. Our offering is for members and regular attenders; guests should not feel obligated to give.
  4. The first Sunday of the month we celebrate Communion to remember the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. If you are a follower of Jesus you are invited to celebrate Communion with us.
